Lifetime Plan

Can I cancel the lifetime plan and get a refund?
No. The lifetime plan is non-refundable.

Can I upgrade the lifetime plan?
You may upgrade the lifetime plan with a package found on this page.

Is there a free trial with the lifetime plan? Can I have one?
Since the lifetime plan is such a special one-time offer, we are not giving a free trial.

What if I go over the plan limits with the lifetime plan? 
We will automatically upgrade you to the next tier at that monthly price. If you would like to upgrade your plan, email us at support@zembula.com.

Cancelation

What happens to my content and account when I cancel?
Your company’s content and user profiles are deactivated.

How do I cancel? And can I get a refund?
You may cancel your plan by contacting support five days before your next billing period. No refunds will be given on any of our plans.

Even if you did not use your subscription, you will not get a refund

Upgrades/downgrades

Can I upgrade or downgrade to a different plan?
Yes. If you would like to change your plan, simply contact our support team at support@zembula.com 5 days before you are billed for renewal.

I’d like to reactivate my account, could I receive the same pricing and features I received when I first signed up?
We’re unable to guarantee the same pricing and features are available from tier-to-tier and are unable to honor previous discounts or promotions with reactivation.

Payment

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We’ve chosen these payment options because having a credit card on file is the best way to make sure you never inadvertently lose access to your Zembula account. If you decide to pay on an annual basis you receive a 20% discount.

Experiences

What is an experience?
An experience is the final product that you create when using the Zembula platform. It is an interactive piece of content that consists of your reveal and cover image with added CTA and/or email capture. Experiences can be deployed as a slide-in or an overlay on a website or linked within an email or social media post.

What counts as an active experience?
Any experiences that is published in your account is an active experience.

What happens if I delete an experience in my library?
Depending on your plan, you have a set number of experiences (3, 7, or 18) that you can have in your library. If you have reached your maximum limit, you can delete an experience and replace it with a new one. Once you delete an experience, all the data connected to that experience is gone and the assets are removed from the platform.

What happens if I build more experiences than my plan allows?
You will be automatically upgraded to the next plan. If you want to upgrade your plan contact support@zembula.com.

What about the preloaded experiences? Do those count towards my account maximum of experiences?
The preloaded experiences in your Zembula experience library are freebies! Feel free to play with them, use them, or delete them!

What is “Powered by Zembula”?
“Powered by Zembula” appears on all experiences whether they are inline embedded, used in an overlay, used as a slide-in, or used in Zembula’s interstitial page. To see examples of what this looks like, check out this article.

Impressions

What counts as an impression?
An impression is counted every time an experience is loaded on a page.

What if I go over my impressions?
If you exceed your number of impressions we will automatically upgrade to an appropriate plan. If you would like more impressions, contact our client success team at support@zembula.com, and we can easily upgrade you to a plan that fits your needs.

Integrations

Are integrations included in the price?
Yes all integrations are included with the price. For more information on how to set up an integration go here. If you still need help reach out to us via chat, we’d be happy to help.

Do you integrate with my ESP?
Yes we integrate with any ESP. The major integrations have already been set up in the company tab in the platform. If you don’t see yours there you can integrate using the custom option.

Are you an ESP? Can you send emails for me?
No, Zembula is not an ESP and we do not send out emails on your behalf. You can, however, send out links to experiences that live on your website or our interstitial pages via your existing ESP.

What support comes with a subscription?
Top tier support comes with every Zembula plan. Technical support can be reached in our platform at any time. Our support team will promptly respond within normal business hours.

How many seats do I get in the Zembula platform?
There is no limit on how many users you can have in the platform! In fact, we encourage all members of your marketing, email, or social media teams to have access and see how interactive content could be used in their work.
