As each promotional email is sent, Zembula’s Campaign Decision Engine determines which Smart Banner™ gets served to each customer based on specific data conditions. If a customer doesn’t meet data conditions, the banner isn’t displayed for that particular customer.

After using the Smart Banners™ on promotion emails, Thrive Causemetics saw a 10-17% lift in revenue in those emails that featured the personalized banners.
