Zembula experiences work with all ESPs and within all email clients. We are able to do this because our code generates a linked GIF or image in your email. Once a recipient clicks on that image or gif, they are taking to your experience, either on your own site, or one of our microsites. We recommend your own site. This way you get the all the traffic and are able to cookie each viewer!
But why isn’t the interaction native within the email?
Well a couple things:
The experience would break for many email clients. Meaning you would be sending an email without the experience or with some chopped up version of it, and it wouldn’t be interactive.
Using the code required to make the interaction happen, would lead to lower deliverability and higher spam reports. So even if the experience did work, it wouldn’t neccesarily help your email marketing goals overall.

2. The recipient clicks through.
3. They interact with your offer.
